Superman Comic Book

In the early 1940s, prior to the advent of superhero team-ups, Superman and Batman starred in the same book, but in separate stories. Collected here are the first 16 adventures of Superman from World's Finest Comics, virtually all of them unseen for over 60 years. A rich vein of seldom-seen comics history is now re-presented, showcasing the classic early work of Superman creators Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, among others. For fans of the Man of Steel, this is a chance to relive and rediscover some of his lost Golden Age adventures.
